The Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) regularly releases news, updates, and frequently sought records on the State's legal cannabis industry to licensees, stakeholders, consumers and the general public.
The CCB prides itself on being transparent and accessible to the public. We encourage you to check the website for information before submitting a media request. Please note, any submissions to the CCB become public record.

Public Records Requests
The Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) strives for government transparency by adhering to the requirements of Nevada Public Records Law (NRS Chapter 239).
To submit a public records request:
Please submit the request in writing, using the CCB's Public Records Request Form.
You can submit your request by:

- Mail to Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board; 555 E. Washington Ave., Suite 4200; Las Vegas, NV 89101
Please note:
- Requests should be as specific as possible and include the requester's contact information.
- The CCB will respond to the request within five business days.
- If the request cannot be fulfilled within five business days, the CCB will provide written notice of that fact and let the requester know the earliest date it reasonably believes the record will be available.
Fees for Public Records: Pursuant to NRS 239.052, a government entity is permitted to charge a fee for the actual cost incurred in the provision of a public record. This includes, without limitations, the cost of ink, paper, media, and postage.
The CCB will inform the requester of any fees prior to fulfilling the request.
