Update to COVID-10 Guidance Beginning February 10
Issued February 10, 2022
LAS VEGAS, NV – Today, Governor Steve Sisolak lifted the statewide mask mandate, effective immediately. Pursuant to Governor Sisolak’s Emergency Directive #052, individuals are no longer required to wear face coverings regardless of vaccination status. Cannabis establishments should continue monitoring and adhering to any COVID-19 guidance set by their local jurisdiction. Additionally, organizations may set their own policies regarding COVID-19 mitigation.
The CCB maintains regulatory authority over all cannabis licensees. All current cannabis laws, rules and regulations remain in effect. Failure to adhere to the order may result in discipline, including civil penalties and/or suspension.
