Temporary Agent Card Extension - Issued 4/16/21

Due to continued public health challenges from COVID-19, the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) is extending the expiration of all active Temporary Agent Registration Cards until June 30, 2021. The prior deadline was April 30, 2021.

Establishments should notify their employees of this extension and accept all Temporary Agent Cards as valid until June 30, 2021. When a Temporary Agent Card is issued, the CCB sends an email with instructions to the applicant to download their card, attached to the Temporary Authorization Letter.

If it is determined through the background process the applicant has been convicted of an excluded felony offense and is not eligible for an Agent Registration Card, the temporary registration will be revoked.
