Public Health and Safety Bulletin 2022-01

The Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) is hereby issuing Public Health and Safety Bulletin 2022-01on March 4, 2022 advising consumers and patients to avoid or take caution when consuming the cannabis and/or cannabis products which are the subject of this notice.
The CCB is unable to verify that NLVG, LLC DBA Desert Bloom cultivation (License #33612007165240494267 and 52840251420805492332) and production (License #43145225960370597103 and 80691048813828655422) facilities created and tested the following cannabis and cannabis products in accordance with the regulations:

The CCB is advising consumers who have purchased the affected cannabis and/or cannabis products to avoid or take caution when consuming said products.
There is no reason to believe that the dispensaries listed below had any knowledge that the creation and testing of these cannabis and cannabis products was unverifiable. It is believed the affected cannabis and cannabis products were sold between September 1, 2021, and March 1, 2022 by the following cannabis sales facilities:

All cannabis and cannabis products properly sold by a licensed sales facility or dispensary should have a product label on the packaging. The name of the cultivation or production facility can be found on the label, typically near the top.
The listed sales facilities are requested to display this bulletin in a conspicuous location on their premises for 30 days, to ensure their customers are aware of this information.
There are no known reports of illness at this time. An investigation into the cannabis and cannabis products is ongoing and may result in additional public health and safety bulletins.
