CCB to Hold Next Public Workshop on Cannabis Consumption Lounges
March 11, 2022
LAS VEGAS, NV - On March 22, 2022, the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) will hold its second public workshop regarding regulations surrounding the licensing and operation of cannabis consumption lounges.
This will be the 14th public meeting on the topic of consumption lounges. Last year, over the span of four months, the Cannabis Advisory Commission (CAC) held a series of meetings to study and discuss issues involving public health, public safety, and social equity as it relates to consumption lounges. CAC recommendations along with input from industry and public stakeholders were instrumental in drafting the proposed regulations.
The March 22 workshop agenda, proposed regulations, and additional materials have been posted today and are viewable here: https://ccb.nv.gov/public-meetings/#public-meetings-2.
