CCB to Launch ACH Online Payment Option
August 25, 2021
The Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) has tightened security on the 'Amendment' option for licenses in the Accela Cannabis Customer Portal.
Previously, the 'Amendment' option was available to anyone with an account. Now, it is only accessible for users that are either 1) linked to the license with a PIN; or 2) a delegate on the main account. Permission to submit Amendments must be granted to delegates by the main account holder.
To submit an Amendment, locate the license within your 'My Records' list and click on the blue 'Amendment' hyperlink in the 'Action' column. You can also find a license using its 20-digit license number. Once located, click 'Create Amendment' beneath the 'Record Details' banner.
If a search using the 20-digit license number does not yield any results, you do not have access or permission to access the license. Please contact whoever manages the main linked account and request to be added as a delegate. Delegates cannot add other delegates to view or edit records.
If the main account holder needs a new PIN, the Establishment Point of Contact should submit an email PIN request with the 20-digit license number to [email protected].
All Amendments will now automatically be connected in the back office to the license they are submitted on.
License Amendments include: Change of Location Request, Equipment Request, Facility Modification Request, Menu Request, Packaging Request, Request for Extraction, Request for Laboratory Retesting, Request to Perform Research and Development, Transfer of Interest, Request to Dispense Edible Cannabis Products, Distributor Temporary Storage Notice, Request for Extraction, and Request to Review Stamp or Mold.
Please reach out to [email protected] with any questions.
