The Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) will host two live webinars to assist applicants in understanding the application process for a cannabis establishment license in White Pine County.
CCB to Accept Applications for Cannabis Establishments in White Pine County
Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) will issue cannabis establishment licenses for a cultivation and production facility. Only one cultivation and one production license will be awarded in White Pine County. The CCB will accept applications for 10 business days.

Effective November 27, 2023, the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board’s (CCB) Northern Nevada office has relocated to 3850 Arrowhead Drive, Suite 100, Carson City, NV 89706.

Pursuant to Nevada Revised Statute (NRS) 233B.127(3), the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) summarily suspended the medical and adult-use cultivation and production licenses held by The Hempire Company, LLC (C184/RC184-P120/RP120).
